I'm an ex PGA Golf Professional. I have been Head Professional at Chobham Golf Club and Teaching Professional at Royal Winchester. I left the PGA and pursued a career in fitness and have been a Peronal Trainer for almost a decade.
Having trained clients to improve their performance and endurance in varied sports and events, I have an excellent understanding and strategy to get the best out of individuals and help them achieve their peak performance for their individual sport.
Using a variety of strength, stability and speed training techniques. We can achieve a progress increase in performance that you won't find in just swing mechanics alone.
It is now widely recognised that improved strength and fitness as a golfer increases distance, accuracy and longevity. Which is why, most top golfers train in the gym almost as much as they hit balls on the range!
