I'm an ex PGA Golf Professional.  I have been Head Professional at Chobham Golf Club and Teaching Professional at Royal Winchester.  I left the PGA and pursued a career in fitness and have been a Peronal Trainer for almost a decade.

Having trained clients to improve their performance and endurance in varied sports and events, I have an excellent understanding and strategy to get the best out of individuals and help them achieve their peak performance for their individual sport.

It is now widely recognised that improved strength and fitness as a golfer increases distance, accuracy and longevity.  Which is why, in more recent years, most top professional golfers train in the gym almost as much as they hit balls on the range!
